Workout Programs
Workout plans generated to help you reach your health and fitness goals based on equipment available to you, time availability, and fitness goals. Examples include
- Strength Building

Workout Plan Only
Personalized workout plan made based on your fitness goals and equipment available to you/gym accessibility. The plan consists of 5 workouts of your choice. For example, one plan could consist of 1 upper body workout, 2 lower body workouts, 1 total body workout, 1 cardio/core workout

Continued Training Program
This option is available only after purchasing an initial workout plan. You'll get a new workout plan, and one consultation each month to check your progress and answer any questions you may have but you'll always have access to me through email/text.
Can't make it to workouts but need help staying on track? I provide tools, customized meal plans and tracking needed to help you reach your goals and stay there.

In-Person Services
I will be offering limited semi-private training sessions only (This means there will be no more than 4 people per session). Available training times are Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 5 and 8 pm. These are 45 minute sessions beginning on the hour. Stay on the look out for pop-up boot camps!
Clients can pay for up to 8 sessions at a time to use throughout the month. All sessions must be used within the month. This reduces cancellations and allows you the flexibility to change times/days as needed with YOUR schedule as long as it fits within my available sessions. No more long term contracts.
